Prabhudheva has added himself to the list of Akshay Kumar admirers. Even as established filmmakers like Priyadarshan, Sajid Khan and Vipul Shah continue to vouch for him and acknowledge him as not just a versatile actor but also supremely professional and a gem of a person, newcomers like Rohit Shetty (Desi Boyz) have been impressed by his conduct both on as well as off the camera. Now Prabhudheva too is returning impressed as he gets ready to unveil his 'Rowdy Rathore'.

"Akshay sir is a super person and a real delight to work with. Of course every director is expected to say that around the release of his film but I am saying that based on the last one year that I have spent with him. We have seen everything together, whether it is tough locations, cancelled shooting schedules, gruelling action sequences, peak of summer season and extended hours. Still, he never complained", says Prabhudheva who has earlier directed Salman Khan in 'Wanted', which was a superhit at the box office.

He goes on to adds, "What works in his favour is the fact that he is so disciplined and now after working with him, I realise why people want to work with him repeatedly. Despite such excellent results, he never behaves like a superstar. That's what makes him special", says Prabhudheva
