Riteish Deshmukh is all smiles. His 'Tere Naal Love Ho Gaya', even though not a bumper hit, has turned out to be a small and decent success at the box office. What further makes it special for him is the fact that this is his first solo success in quite some time.

"Even though 'Tere Naal Love Ho Gaya' started slow on the day of it's release, the word of mouth as well as reviews were decent to good. There has been escalation in collections over the weekend while the weekdays have been rock steady. It is clear that the film has been accepted. The newly weds are now keenly observing how the film holds itself over the second weekend. If the momentum continues, it would be a huge win for all involved," comments an insider.

Meanwhile Riteish isn't getting overtly greedy though and says that the film has also managed to cover it's ends due to it's correct budgeting. He says, "It is better to take smaller steps and not bite more than you can chew. 'Tere Naal Love Ho Gaya' was planned and executed correctly with the right kind of money being spent and all of us can see benefits of that."
