There may be multiple 'players' involved in the upcoming Abbas-Mustan film. However when it came to styling the film, it was one actor's suggestion that made it to the top. Bipasha Basu, who definitely knows a thing or two about style and presentation, certainly had a clout to pull the strings. She not just ensured that her styling was done by her favourite Anahita Shroff Adajania, even other actors had to pretty much fall in line as the stylist took over the entire film.

"Bipasha has been a favourite with Abbas-Mustan for a decade now ever since she debuted in their 'Ajnabee'. They can't say no to her and also respect her for her style sense," says a source, "The professional alliance caught further steam during the days of 'Race' when Bipasha suggested Anahita's name. At that time every actor, whether Saif Ali Khan or Katrina Kaif, had a different stylist on board. However Bipasha's reasoning was that in order to give the film a consistent look, all egos and preferences were ignored and just one individual was made responsible to be at the helm of affairs."

Naturally the individual who came on board was the one of Bipasha's choice - Anahita. Results were there to be seen as 'Race' was hailed as one of the most stylised films ever made with every actor's costume getting noticed. Abbas-Mustan didn't forget that either and as a result, all actors in 'Players' were also informed that Anahita would be the woman for the job.

"Yes, it was my suggestion originally to keep just one professional on board. Come on, it isn't as if any favours were being made. Anahita is a Fashion Editor at Vogue and I know her since the modelling days," says Bipasha who has also collaborated with her on 'Dhoom 2', "She is a good friend of mine while Abbas-Mustan too have great trust in me; they know I would suggest only what works best for the film."

Well, though one wonders whether Sonam Kapoor was happy as well with Bipasha calling the shots here, expect some more fireworks with Anahita being the chosen one for 'Race 2' as well. With Deepika Padukone, Jacqueline Fernandez as well as Ameesha Patel expected to have their own 'favourites' as well, Abbas-Mustan may well have some difficult conversations lined up for them.
