Asin, who has just celebrated Christmas in a grand manner in Mumbai, will welcome the New Year with her parents at a new property she recently bought at Vagamam, a hill station in Kerala. It's a 25-acre farm with a steam flowing in front of it.

"I normally used to celebrate Christmas in Kerala. But this year I couldn't. But I have no worries, as I will be there this weekend to welcome the New Year. I guess my parents are making some arrangements," says the 'Malabar' girl.

Reacting to reports that she will be Superstar Rajinikanth's pair in 'Kochadaiyaan', Asin says, "They are unconfirmed reports. Till date, I have not signed Kochadaiyaan. But I will be very happy to share the screen space with Rajini sir if I get an offer."

A popular actress in Tamil and Telugu, the Kerala girl made it big in Bollywood with 'Ghajini' starring Aamir Khan. This made her to buy an apartment at a posh area in Mumbai and settle there, to focus on offers from Hindi film industry. Her last release in Kollywood is Vijay starrer 'Kaavalan'.
