If we tell you that Deepika Padukone is feeling like a sixteen year old then do believe us. That's because of late she has been heard confiding amongst her close friends that her renewed association with Ranbir Kapoor, strictly professional of course, is delighting her like never before.

Says a close friend, "It is still some days before she faces the camera with her ex-boyfriend again for 'Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani'. However she is so much looking forward to her (onscreen) pairing with Ranbir that it is difficult for her to control the excitement."

Deepika isn't shying away from sharing her excitement either. She smiles, "I am really excited about the film since it is going to be real fun. I am working with such a brilliant actor like Ranbir and that too in a love story. Really, that's the kind of film that I always wanted to do. Moreover (director) Ayan Mukherjee is so young and talented and it was about time we did a film together."

Well, producer Karan Johar can well heave a sigh of relief with this ex-couple promising to maintain a great professional relationship on the sets. 'Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani' goes on floors in the month of March.
