Another magical song on his fifty

"Nee Padathe Padunna Pattu," was the song that maestro K J Yesudas recorded this week, on the very day commemorating his fifth year in the playback business. The voice which we started to hear with "Jathibedam Mathadwesham Ethumillathe Sarvarum," (a poem by Sree Narayana Guru on secularism) for the film 'Kalpadulal' which has been to at least half a lakh Malayalam songs, was recording another magical song at the S S digital at the capital city, for the new movie 'Mallu Singh' directed by Vysakh.

It was also a proud moment for composer M. Jayachandran too, who was also able to record one song ten years ago commemorating K J Yesudas's forty years in cinema. The very best voice from Kerala then expressed his belief that the grace of his first song was something hat lead him to this point. "There could not have been a better song to start one's career." Yesudas opined.
