The sibling of Boney and Anil Kapoor, Sanjay Kapoor is the latest to join the remake bandwagon. Buzz is that the handsome actor has planned to refresh the classic 1975 film 'Khel Khel Mein' that features Rishi Kapoor, Neetu Singh and Rakesh Roshan in the lead.

According to sources, Sanjay has already bought the rights of the film and the remake will be bannered under Sanjay Kapoor Entertainment Limited.

The story of the new 'Khel Khel Mein' will be done by Shibani Bathija, the writer behind movies like 'Fanaa', 'Kabhi Alvida Na Kehna' and 'My Name Is Khan'. The cast and crew are yet to be finalized, added sources.

The original movie, directed by Ravi Tandon, was quite popular for its music especially for the songs "Ek main aur ek tu" and "Khullam khulla pyaar karenge".

Already there are several remakes waiting in the line to release (Agneepath, Satte Pe Satta, Angoor among others) and this Sanjay Kapoor's remake only makes us feel the dearth of original scripts in our movies. What say?
