Everything surrounding this Rajjan Madhav film has been getting noticed for the sheer novelty of the project. Though this will be the first film for Rajjan as a director, a lot of thought and effort seems to have gone into the making of the film.

'Muran' is the story of two people who are absolutely different from one another and how life takes a turn when these two contrasting characters come in contact. Talked to be an action thriller the film sees Cheran, also the co-producer of this project, as Nandha, and Prasanna as Arjun.

Co-Produced and also to be distributed by UTV Motion Pictures, 'Muran' will launch its audio this coming Independence Day (August 15, 2011). The film will see an audio launch in a unique manner, say sources.

While Cheran and Prasanna will be essaying the lead in 'Muran', Nikita Thukral and Haripriya will play their heroines. Jaya Prakash too will be seen in an important role.

'Muran's audio is by Sajjan Madhav, the director's sibling, the two are in fact sons of a leading music director in Malayalam, Ravindran "Maash". Some folks in the film industry had a chance to get a glimpse of 'Muran', and from what they reveal the film is touted to be a surprise package!
