The whole of Tamil industry knows Arya to be a very friendly person with the actor having a huge circle of friends in the industry. Arya off late is coming to be known as a director's favorite actor too. He did 'Naan Kadavul' with Bala and the director beckoned Arya back to be part of his very next venture 'Avan Ivan' which had Arya and Vishal in the lead.

Arya's role as a rogue, Kumbudren Sami, in ‘Avan Ivan’ along with his real time friend Vishal, who portrayed the squinted Walter Vanangamudi. Arya does not seem to be peeved by multi-starrers like many other upcoming heroes.

His upcoming Tamil film is in Linguswamy's 'Vettai,' which yet again has a host of stars. Now there is news doing the rounds that Arya might be roped in by Linguswamy for the latter's next film too. Now, Arya seems to have wielded his encore magic with Linguswamy too. Though nothing has been confirmed regarding this, sources close to the two are expecting the actor and director to join hands in the near future.
