Every time she comes on screen, Sridevi surprises everyone with her remarkable performances. This time she is going to be more exciting than ever in her comeback vehicle...

The Hawai Hawai beauty made buzz in the circles on signing R Balki's wife Gauri Shinde's project. According to sources, the film has been titled as 'English Vinglish' and interestingly is said to be loosely inspired from the popular comedy tele-serial Zabaan Sambhalke.

Hmm, now one can guess what will be the concept of Sridevi's movie, right? Yes, the bubbly diva will play a middle-class Indian housewife who is not well versed in English. Her character in the movie is supposed to go America and so she secretly starts learning the language. In the end Sridevi surprises all with her English fluency and how she succeeds in doing so forms the crux of the story.

'English Vinglish' also throws light on some dysfunctional characters who takes up the 'Learn English in 2 weeks' course along with Sridevi. The movie is laced with fun and hilarious situation, topped with Sridevi's comic timing dialogues.

Giving an example, the sources revealed that there is a scene where an American Consulate guy asks the actress 'You don't know English, how will you manage in our country?'. For that she replies, 'You don't know Hindi, but seem to be managing just fine in ours'!

Smart one, we say! Sridevi charmed us as Malini Iyer on small screen as a south Indian housewife. Now let's wait for her big screen comeback...
