Earlier we had brought out the news about Ram Gopal Varma’s next venture that is titled ‘A Love Story’ and features Mahi Gill in the lead. Now read on the latest update…

Recently the maverick filmmaker officially announced about the film. Revealing about the story, he said that it film is based on the murder of a husband by his wife Maria Susairaj on May 7th, 2008 in Mumbai.

Varma terms this murder the most scary of the ones he heard ever. Apparently, Maria Susairaj murdered her husband with the help of her boy friend, cut the body into pieces, burnt it with kerosene and threw it in city's outskirts.

“The reason for this murder was love with her boyfriend. She couldn't get the body from the apartment to the cellar and hence cut it into pieces. The motivation to do such a scary murder was love. I am going to make a movie based on this story in Hindi and Telugu,” stated Varma. Mahi will play the role of Maria in the film.

On choosing the title ‘A Love Story’, RGV justified saying that since love motivated Maria to murder her own husband, he named the movie thus.

The technicians and other star cast for this film are yet to be finalised.
