Yuvan Shankar Raja is no more part of Selvaraghavan’s ‘Irandam Ulagam’. The music composer, we learn, has walked out of the project due to difference of opinion with the director.

Following this, Selva has roped in G V Prakash Kumar and recording songs and background score on a feverish pitch, as he has to start Kamal Haasan-starrer ‘Viswaroopam’ by the end of this month.

“Since Yuvan is busy with his prior commitments, he was unable to meet the revised deadline of Selva to complete the project fast. So he opted out of Irandam Ulagam,” say sources.

“However, both parted ways with a promise that they would work together,” add sources. Remember the same thing took place a couple of years ago, when Selva was making ‘Aayirathil Oruvan’. History repeats, one has to say.
