Shiv ‘Om’ at Kapali

The funniest part of this week again is that the yesteryears film of Shivarajakumar ‘Om’ is releasing at Kapali theatre again. There is no feed of fresh film to this first Cinerama theatre of Asia.

The Kapali theatre management must be not aware how many times they have used ‘Om’ to fill the gaps. ‘Om’ blockbuster of Shivarajakumar and Prema directed by Upendra is the permanent stock in Kapali theatre. For every gap of one or two weeks to accommodate new films Kapali theatre picks ‘Om’. They have the posters and stills ready to put up inside and outside the theatres.

Perhaps this is yet another record in the career of Shivarajakumar.
