Sharman Joshi, after the hugely successful Airtel campaign, has been signed by the cola brand 7 Up, under Pepsi Co.
Sharman has been signed for a 2 year period with 7 Up. Sources claim, that Sharman has been signed for a whopping Rs. 5 crores, for the endorsement deal.
The success of the Airtel campaign, propounded SharmanÂs 7 Up deal. 7 Up was looking for a calm guy with a chilled out attitude, and after the Airtel campaign, with saw Sharman play a calm guy, made him a clear contender for 7 Up.
This is the first time 7 Up will have a celebrity endorser, earlier they had Mallika Sherawat, for one campaign.
7 Up has always prominently featured its mascot, Fido Dido as the cool dude in all its ads. Sharman has replaced Fido Dido for 7 Up.

Sharman after his great performance in 3 Idiots will now be seen in Ferrari Ki Sawaari, one of the most anticipated movies.
