The audio of ‘Ko’, the forthcoming film by director KV Anand was launched in style yesterday, January 19 at the Image auditorium in Chennai.

In the film, the hero Jeeva plays a photo journalist and KV Anand made the function very unique by honouring the still photographers from various media and making them release the copies of the audio. Interestingly KV Anand himself was a photo journalist with print media before entering filmdom.

‘Ko’ has some great songs tuned by Harris Jayaraj. The lyrics of ‘Ko’ are written by Pa. Vijay, Karky, Kabilan and Viveka.

Two potential chartbusters from the film were danced out on stage by the two leading ladies of the film. Karthika performed for “Ennamo Yeadho” and Piya danced for Gala Gala. A new slick trailer was also launched. There were no lengthy speeches and scratching backs.

The entire KO team of KV Anand, Jeeva, Karthika, Piya, Ajmal, Harris Jayaraj, Cameraman Richard Nathan, Editor Antony, Dance Masters Brinda and Dinesh, Stunt Master Peter Heyn, Producers Kumar Jayaraman, James graced the function along with Udhayanidhi Stalin. Director Priyadarshan who gave KV Anand his first break as cinematographer and the heroine’s mother, yester year dream girl Radha were also present as special guests.

‘Ko’ is produced by RS Infotainment and marketed by Red Giant Movies. The film will hit the theaters in early February.
