Sasikumar’s directorial venture ‘Easan’ will have a different audio launch come Friday. The filmmaker-producer-actor is all set to bring the cream of Indian directors under one roof for the event.

The list of dignitaries include Bala and Ameer from Tamil film industry, Trivikram from Tollywood, Malayalam filmmaker Ranjith, Kannada’s Yograj Bhat and Anurag Kashyap from Bollywood.

“Though Sasikumar wears different hats, he feels that a director’s role is very important as far as making of a film is concerned. So he is bringing together filmmakers from various industries for ‘Easan’ audio launch,” sources say.

With Samuthirakani, A L Alagappan, Vaibhav, Abhinaya and Aparna playing lead roles, ‘Easan’ has music by James Vasanthan. “The film is about the life in the city of Chennai,” the director says.
