While hardcore movie buffs are out there to get their share of fun with both 'Action Replayy' as well as 'Golmaal 3', trade predictions have already gone on an overdrive. Which of the two films will eventually enjoy a long run? Which of the two films would take a bumper start? Whose credentials as a superstar would be further established?

'Golmaal 3' comes with a brand recall value and promises overall fun and celebration mood. It is the kind of film that audience makes up their mind to watch it, right at the time of the announcement itself. On the other hand 'Action Replayy' has hit music going in its favour and also the fact that for both Akshay Kumar and Aishwarya Rai, the film promises to show them in a different light altogether.

With a clean entertainer written all over it, 'Action Replayy' should open better in multiplexes when compared to 'Golmaal 3' which should be doing better in single screens. However, all of this would come into play only for the first four days with the actual content doing the talking for the remainder of the week.

All said and done, it is going to be crackling Diwali at the box office after a month long lull that has seen biggies like 'Aakrosh', 'Knock Out', 'Crook' and 'Jhootha Hi Sahi' falling like nine pins. With 'Action Replayy' and 'Golmaal 3' all set to evidence massive foot falls over the first weekend at the least, it should be back to happier times again.
