Akshay-Ash 'jodi' hasn't quite been tried and tested. They did come together in 'Khakee' six years back but a true blue romantic outing for the duo was still missing. Now that 'Action Replayy' is being touted as a musical romantic entertainer, one hopes that there is some real romance that one can see between Akshay and Ash.

"Real Romance, did you say? I am sure you are kidding me, right", Akshay brings on an uproarious laugh here, "I think by 'real', what you mean is a more conventional love story between the two of us. Yes, I agree that our on-screen relationship in 'Khakee' was quite unconventional and actually came with a chilling twist. Still, people had really liked us in 'Khakee' and actually come to think of it, it is rather odd that Ash and I have not worked together after that."

He goes on to add on a happy note, "It is interesting to work with her because not only did I enjoy our 'Khakee' experience, it’s also refreshing to work with someone with whom I have not worked with for a while. It was fun to be uniting with Ash all over again for 'Action Replayy. You will love the moments there."

Given the on-screen fun that the actors are having in 'Nakhre' and the 'Zor Ka Jhatka', one can just anticipate a lot more fun in store through the entire length of the film.
