They say that one’s past would never die and it would crop up at some point or the other…. Such is the case for our Sanjay Dutt.

The actor reportedly have been denied US visa for second time. And this time, not for a shoot purpose, but Sanjay wanted to see his daughter Trishala's graduation ceremony. Trishala, aged 22, is a student of Criminal Justice in a New York City college.

According to sources, Sanjay’s ten-year visa has expired and he had re-applied twice but has been rejected both times. The actor has been denied the visa on the fact that he was earlier convicted under Arms Act for illegal possession of weapons.

Dutt was very keen to be part of the graduation ceremony, which American parents consider as one of the important things in a child’s life.

Stated sources further, "He has been applying for a US visa for over two years and even flew down for interviews when summoned by the Consulate leaving his shootings mid-way. Yet he was not issued a visa."
