Two school going children were injured when they were passing by at Kittur Rani Chennamma circle in Hubli when the blast meant for the film ‘Kote’ opened up at the wrong timing.

It was a Holi song shooting with actor Prajwal Devaraj and extra artists in the afternoon the splash of colors all around was adjusted. One of the blasts took place early and went up. Two school children who were passing that area were baffled.

The inhaling of the colors also put the students fall unconscious. They were taken to the hospital for treatment. The angered parents of the children filed a police complaint against the ‘Kote’ film unit.

‘Kote’ was launched in Hubli on last 19th for a major schedule completion. Producer Manjunath, actor Prajwal Devaraj and director Srinivasaraju were not available for their opinion on the blast incident.
