Mysskin, who has almost completed shooting his next film, ‘Yudham Sei’, says he enjoyed working with Cheran, who is the protagonist of the movie. “Since he too is a filmmaker, he understands the feelings of a director,” Mysskin says.

“Not even once Cheran tried to interfere in my creative thought process. He is a perfect gentleman and he respects my ideas like how I respect his,” the director says with a contented smile.

On the film, he says, “It is a gripping thriller which will be serious at times. There is only one song in the movie (featuring Ameer, Neetu Chandra and writer Charu Nivedita) and it appears just before the climax.”

Ask him about the inordinate delay in the release of his third film ‘Nandalala’, Mysskin, who has played the lead role in the movie, says, “One thing is sure. ‘Nandalala’ will strike a right chord even if it releases after two decades.”
