It’s now Cannes for Raavan

We earlier had mentioned that Mani Ratnam’s magnum opus ‘Raavan’ will unfold on screens on June 18th worldwide. It was said Mani will premiere the film at the IIFA Awards in Seoul later this year.

But now the news is that the ace director is going to France with his lead artistes to premiere ‘Raavan’ at the prestigious Cannes Film Festival.

Currently the post-production of the movie is going on in Chennai. Mani intends to premiere the movie at Cannes Film Festival, this May 14th and hence is speeding things up, so that he would have enough time to promote his multi-starrer multi-lingual movie.

The movie will be released in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu with Abhishek Bachchan, Aishwarya and Vikram remaining in all the three versions.
