According to Nagarjuna, his forthcoming film 'Kedi' promises excitement. The film is directed by newcomer Kiran and is produced by Kamakshi Kala Movies. He has recently stated that the film shows him in a new avatar, as Ramesh (Rummy), playing teen patti, hoodwinking people, yet a good one at heart.
The film stars Mamta Mohandas, for which Nag has always been in all praise. He has said that of the dozen girls he shook legs with for a song in his film King, he liked the working style of Mamtha the most. In the diva, he not only liked her no-nonsense approach, but also her singing talent, dedication and discipline.
Saying that he was at the shooting spot when his father's Muddhante Cheda song (which he has remixed in Kedi) was being shot, he said he liked ANR's dance moves.
He also said that if a film like 3 Idiots was made in Telugu, it will not be liked by the audience here.
This makes us wonder if the remake rights of the film, reportedly bagged by a producer for a big money, will prove a risky proposition.
