Couple of weeks back a 15-day leopard cub which was spotted in Devankhedi village near Bhopal was rescued by a team from the national park Van Vihar. And guess what the villagers have named the furry, young one? Yeah, Katrina! The reason: The cub seems to be as beautiful and silky like Katrina Kaif. When Kat came to know about this, she immediately contacted Van Vihar officials and expressed her desire to adopt the rescued leopard.
However a Van ViharÂs official source clarified that the leopard cub, which Katrina Kaif is ready to adopt, is spelt as Catreena, not Katrina. The source added that if the actress is going ahead with the adoption, then she will have to pay Rs 50,000 annually.
This is what we call a Âwild adoption .
