They are gonna hit the screens together again! And this time looks like they are going to just rock, literally .!
Grapevines are abuzz that Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif will be paired up again by director Imtiaz Ali in his next, titled Rock Star.
Rumours have it the male lead role was first offered to John Abraham and later to Saif Ali Khan. But finally things landed up in Ranbirs favour. It is also said that Rishi Kapoor, who did Love Aaj Kal with Imtiaz, was quite impressed with the director that he wanted him to work with Ranbir.
Few months back Imtiaz and Ranbir had met several times and discussed different projects. But it was Rock Star that Ranbir liked the best, added the sources.
For Rock Star, Ranbir is said to be getting into the character in full gusto and would be even learning guitar, once he wraps up Anjaana Anjaani.
