After watching ‘Renigunta’, director Lingusamy had hugged and cheered his one time associate cum the film’s director Panneerselvam heartily. Not stopping his appreciation with this, Lingusamy also gave 5 lakhs as advance payment to Panneerselvam and asked him to direct a film for his home banner. The director in addition told that Panneerselvam can decide on when he wants to start the project.

However, surprisingly Panneerselvam gave back the advance check to his Guru and said that he will finish the project first and then get the fee for it. On the other hand, as we had it earlier the young director has already got a lucrative invite from a big banner which is ready to pay the director 1 crore.

So, now the golden ball is in the young director’s court. Let’s see if he takes the offer from his Guru’s Thirupathi Brothers or from the big banner.
