She did modeling, then turned to acting and now she will be singing! The latest Boom is that our Katrina Kaif will be wielding the microphone, making an attempt to show her singing talent. And the one whom she will sing for is our Music Maestro AR Rahman!

It was in the news before that Rahman had roped in the actress to feature in his album of children’s nursery rhymes. He had later urged her to sing in English for the album as well. Now she has been allowed to sing for its Hindi compositions too.

The pretty British gori is taking it very sportively and not at all nervous to sing, especially in Hindi. Said Kat, “I'm always game for new challenges. Singing in itself was a challenge because I've never sung professionally. Singing in English would've been a convenient challenge. But I'd rather take the uncomfortable route. So why not me singing in Hindi?” The lass is heard to be learning Hindi in full josh and lagan these days for this album.
