Ever since, the scintillating promos were released on airs, Kaminey has been haunting the entire town with its mania. However, Mumbaikars are sure to get their hopes dashed as the film will not release in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai and Pune this Friday due to swine-flue risk factors.

Music Director-turned-filmmaker Vishal Bharadwaj, who had earlier delivered ‘Omkara’, strikes back with ‘Kaminey’ featuring Shahid Kapoor in dual roles And Priyanka Chopra in female lead. UTV Motion Pictures, Producers of the film are releasing the film across 1200 screens worldwide except the restricted regions.

Siddarth Roy Kapoor, CEO, UTV Motion Pictures says, “Pre-release expectations are really enthralled us as the bookings for first weekend was full just within fraction of moments. But we’re bit disappointed that filmy buffs in Mumbai wouldn’t be able to watch the film and it will release shortly once the H1NI scare is wiped off.”
