After Aishwarya Rai it will be the young Sonam Kapoor who will make her debut appearance at the Cannes as the ambassador for the international brand L’Oreal. But this does not mean it is “quits” for Aish. Sonam together with Aish and the other world beauties who represent the cosmetic brand will be seen walking the red carpet and posing for the paparazzi.

Reports suggest that she will be attending the function along with her good-looking papa Anil Kapoor who has become a household name the world over with his stint in the Oscar winning film ‘Slumdog Millionaire’. It is said that Sonam will be donning Indian costumes by famous designers like Manish Malhotra and Anamika Khanna during most of her stay.

Sonam is said to have stated that being a part of the same event with Aish it self is a big deal for her. Ms. Kapoor who is visibly happy to be a part of the international cosmetic brand L’Oreal will be attending the event along with her dad.

This being the first trip for Sonam to the land of the Eiffel tower she is sure to capture the hearts of the international crowd as she did in India. Who knows, she might bag a couple of international offers as well.
