'Kaandharvan' a lover you'll despise

At a time when producers are cashing on with films showing the ideal chocolate boy or lover, here's a film with a hero you would love to hate.

"This is a love story, albeit a routine tale of romance. Girls who see my film 'Kaandharvan' will definitely hope that they don't have a boy friend like the hero," says the director Salangaidhurai. This is his second film after the Karan - starrer 'Kathavaraayan'.

The film features Kadhir and Honeyrose as the lead cast. This film is being produced by South India Production and distributed by Thamarai Movies. Music for 'Kaandharvan' is by Alex Paul, noted Malayalam composer and brother of Malayalam director Lal. Shooting for ‘Kaandharvan’ will begin on April 10.
