NTR Jr requires 2 weeks to recover

Star actor and TDPs star campaigner Junior NTR sustained injuries in a road accident during late hours of Thrusday. He was on his way back to the city for Ugadi (Telugu New Year) after a public meeting at Kahmmam.
NTR was traveling in a Tata Safari accompanied by other actors Rajiv kanakala and Srinivas Reddy. The accident occurred at Mothe near Suryapet in Nalgonda District, when the driver swerved a side to avoid running over a dog. The vehicle somersaulted and ended in a crash causing injuries to the inmates.
Rajiv Kanakala and others who sustained minor injuries rushed NTR Jr. with bleeding injuries to a hospital in Suryapet. He sustained injuries on head, hands, a minor fracture of ribs and several bruises. After first aid he was moved to KIMS, Hyderabad in the wee hours of Friday.
The doctors shifted him to surgical ICU and kept under observation. According to the Dr B. Bhaskar Rao, Managing Director KIMS, apart from hairline fracture of a rib, a compression was observed in few vertebra. He will be kept in observation for two days. Later he may attend to daily chores and may also resume campaign after about two weeks wearing a tight corset, depending on the speed of recovery said Dr.Rao.
Rajiv Kanakala and the driver were given first aid and discharged, while two others are still undergoing treatment and are out of danger.
Parents of NTR Jr. Shalini and Harikrishna, TDP leader Chandrababu Naidu, star actor Balakrishna, CPI, CPM leaders Raghavulu and Narayana, central minister Daggubati Purandeswari, Daggubati Venkateswara Rao, Ramakrishna, Lokesh, Bhuvaneswari, actor TarakaRatna, senior actor Mohan Babu, actors Manchu Manojkumar, Jeevitha, Rajasekhar, Ganesh, Venu, director VV Vinayak, Trivikram Srinivas, Karanam Balaram, Marri Sesidhar, Talasani Srinivas Yadav, TDP poll campaign co-ordinator Revanth Reddy, Ex-ministers Babu Mohan, K.Vijayarama Rao and others visited him in the hospital. PRP leader Chirnajeevi spoke to Shalini mother of Jr.NTR and enquired about his health.
