Actor Rajinikanth's penchant for spiritualism is well known. The Super Star of Tamil Cinema is constructing an ashram for his guru Babaji in Himalayas.

In an apparent bid to end a speculation that he might enter politics, Rajinikanth, who often visits the foothills of Himalayas, is constructing an ashram for saint Babaji.

The ashram has been constructed with a mission to spread Babaji's ideals. It may be recalled that Rajinikanth had produced and acted in a movie titled ‘Baba’, which dealt on the preaching’s of the saint.
