Choosing the title itself gave the director Kunal Kohli and Yash Raj films enough of brain storming sessions and headaches. Finally the name of the film starring Saif Ali Khan and Rani Mukerjee in the lead roles was chosen as 'Thoda Pyar Thoda Magic'just some days back.

But it seems that before the movie is released there is now a final hurdle to be crossed by the Chopras and Kunal Kohli.

A producer named Sahil Chaddha has filed a complaint with the Indian Motion pictures Producers Association saying that the title of Kunal Kohli's new film is almost similar to his new film titled 'Thodi Life Thoda Magic' starring Arbaaz khan, Jackie Shroff, Meera Vasudevan and Anita Raai which he had registered wayback in 2005.

Sahil Chaddha's new film directed by Anand L Rai was finished up last December.

It's not just about the title that Sahil Chaddha is worried. He is more perturbed about the title song of his movie which has already been shot and re doing it is totally out of question.

Changing the title of the films is not something new for Bollywood, but for the Yashraj films, now a change in the name of their new film is going to be a problem as the title is already out and have got pretty good publicity too due to the top stars presence in the film.

So what is the possible, neutral solution?
