ÂWho said I canÂt do glam roles anymore? I can do them with same ease and elan even nowÂ, says actress Simran.
A sought-after heroine a few years ago, the actress on her comeback in busy doing a Telugu film besides a handful of television serial and reality shows on small screen, says, Â I am happy that people still welcome me with enthusiasmÂ.
ÂA few years ago, commercial masala movies ruled the roost. Today, young directors have set a new trend coming out with innovative scripts. Though I have acted in many movies, my ÂValee and ÂKanathil Muthamittal are still very close to my heartÂ.
Asked whether she would do glamour roles, Simran hits back with a reply, Âwhy not? I can still act in glamorous role depending on the scriptÂ.
