Vishal's Thamirabarani, which released in theatres on Pongal day, has won good reviews. Fighting with biggies like Vijay's Pokiri and Ajith’s Aalwar, Vishal starrer Thamirabarani has managed to win good 'word of mouth' publicity. It remains to be seen how it is converted into revenue at the box-office.

Vishal is confident that the movie would go on to do big business. “I have immense faith in director Hari's credentials and also the huge star cast including veteran Prabhu and Nadhiya, who have given their best. My fans are appreciative of the movie.”

The coming days will be testing time for the movie. Hope Vishal emerges a clean winner.
