Director is all thrilled with just a few days left for the release of his Thamirabarani.

“Getting a movie released for Pongal is a great joy for a film personality. I hope Thamirabarani would successfully run in the race this harvest festival.”

Thamirabarani stars Vishal, Banu, Prabhu and Nadia among others. “It is a racy action-packed entertainer quite typical to my earlier films,” Hari says and adds, “With just a few days left for the movie to open, I feel thrilled and elated.”

Commending Vishal, the director said, “He was very co-operative. He never interfered with my work and did what I ordered. A promising talent, Vishal is sure to scale greater heights after Thamiraparani. Equally supportive have been Prabhu and Nadia.”

Asked about the movie, Hari says, “It is a movie which throws light on the life and culture of people living in the banks of river Thamirabarani. It would have the right dose of commercial elements and its all narrated in a humourous manner.”

Asked about the stiff competition with few biggies having their releases on Pongal, Hari says, “A healthy competition is always welcome. It helps one to give his best on the screen.”
