After donning the role of a woman, who tries to possess her brother-in-law in Uyir, Sangeetha is gearing up for her next.
In contrast, she plays a revolutionary woman who fights for evils against womenfolk in her next film titled Dhanam.
Sangeetha dons the title role in the movie which is directed by a debutant G Siva. Ilayaraja scores music. The actress is quite happy with her outing in Uyir.
She says, ' I just did what the script demanded from me in Uyir. I felt it was indeed a challenging role for me. Now, I am hopeful that Dhanam would win accolades from film-buffs.'
Also in the cast includes Prakash Raj and Vadivelu.
