Amidst big movies like Ajith's Varalaru, Vijayakanth's Dharmapuri, Jeeva starrer E, Sarath Kumar's Thalaimagan, a small-budgeted movie Maranthean Meimaranthean would hit the screens this Deepavali.

Confident that the audience would lap up a movie with different storyline, director Sivaraman is optimistic of the movie's fortunes at the box-office.

The movie stars newcomer Yoha and Punitha in the lead roles.

Says Yoha,' I appeared in a DMK's election campaign, which impressed the director and immediately cast me as his hero.'

The movie with musical score by Dheena has shaped up well, he says and adds, ' It has action, romance, humor and sentiments at the right mix'.

Yoha had earlier acted in a cross over film titled 18 Revolutions opposite Thimiru fame Shreya Reddy and Malayalam movie with Gayathri Jayaram.
