Mammootty and Joshy had made many roaring hits in Malluwood in the eighties and nineties. And then they parted ways to create hits separately.

After a gap of a few years they united to make a film for this Ramzan is Pothen Vava. But it seems that the reunion is going to be hot for long as they are planning to work together for another couple of films in the near future.

They have announced their immediate project together after Pothen Vava--A not yet titled film in the scripts of Director Ranjith. This film will be produced by M.Rajan in the banner of Horizon Entertainments and is expected to be in the theatres by the end of Next June.
