A big honor for Tara

For the first time in the history of all the International Film Festivals held in India, there's going to be a Kannada actress who will an important part of all the celebration.

National Award Winner for best actress, Tara will light the lamp at the inauguration of this year's International Film Festival that will be held in Goa. She is the first Kannada actress to play such an important role in the festival. In the past actresses like Karishma Kapoor, Aishwarya Rai and Meena have been felicitated at a level like this.

Tara's role in the film Haseena has placed her in a different league and is now looking forward to this event. The festival begins on November 24th and Tara plans to stay on to watch some of the films that will be screened as a part of the festival. She is scheduled to return to Bangalore on December 3.
