Though a long list of movies have been completed and ready for release this Deepavali, it may be finally turn out to be just three of them gracing theatres on the festival day.

Vijay's Sivakasi, Cheran's Thavamai Thavamirundu and Vikram's Maja would be them. Or so it seems.

Movies like Pambara Kannalae, Adhu Oru Kaana Kaalam, Khakki, Swadesi were expected for release, but lack of theatres and other considerations (competition?) are forcing these films to have rethink.

Already Ghajini has been running well and so is Totti Jaya. With the three biggies releasing on Deepavali, there won't be any theatres for other films to release.

Hence these films would actually make it to the theatres in subsequent weeks.
