With just a month ahead for his first major political conference, Vijaykanth is maintaining his cool and is busy acting in his home production Sudesi in Pollachi.

Having completed all the ground work for the conference slated for 14 September in Madurai, Vijayakanth is currently camping in Pollachi.

The shooting for his Sudesi is on there. Directed by Jeppi A Y, the movie stars Ashima opposite him.

Meanwhile his Perarasu produced by Khaja Mohideen is also completed and would be released very soon.
