Amitabh Bachchan's new music video rocks

Just how he manages to cram it all within his tight schedule is a mystery but Amitabh Bachchan has one more achievement to his credit - a new music video for Yashraj Films.
"It's the video for the rap track 'B & B' from 'Bunty Aur Babli'. Very catchy, very young. Let's see how I've done," Bachchan told IANS.
According to sources at Yashraj Films, the music video rocks, so much so that they have decided to put the song in the film.
Bachchan explained: "That shouldn't be any surprise. The trend of putting a music video or an item song with the opening titles or end titles began at Yashraj Films with 'Dhoom'.
"I won't be surprised if my number is used for the opening titles of 'Bunty Aur Babli'. I really enjoyed filming it."
Shiamak Davar, who choreographed the video, was not present at its shooting. "Though Shiamak was out of the country he gave such minute instruction by proxy. We had no problem following his dance steps," said Bachchan.
After Shah Rukh Khan had a sneak peek of the video, he SMSed saying it was the best thing Bachchan had done.
Bachchan laughed: "He said he saw it five times and also took the DVD from Aditya Chopra. I wonder what I've done. Aisa kuch khaas nahin kiya (It's nothing that great)."
This isn't the first item song that Bachchan has shot for "Bunty Aur Babli".
"I've done a qawwali with Abhishek and Aishwarya, though I haven't seen how it looks on screen. If anything goes wrong I can always excuse myself, saying my character is drunk in the number," he joked.
Bachchan is no stranger to music videos.
In the 1980s, when he had temporarily given up acting in films, he shot a video based on his hit song "Kabhi Kabhi Mere Dil Mein" with Tamil actress Shobhana. More recently, he did the wacky "Kabhi Nahin" with Adnan Sami.
"These are minor diversions, meant to generate fun. Frankly I think I'm too old to be doing dance numbers," he said.
But going by the way "B & B" looks, it seems like it will be a long time before Bachchan can say goodbye to singing and dancing.
