Holi Ke Din Dil Khil Jaate Hain Rangon Mein Rang Mil Jaate Hain
Gile Shikawe Bhul Ke Doston Dushman Bhi Gale Mil Jaate Hain
True words because the festival of Holi casts off all the jealousy and rivalry and brings together even the foes! In addition the festival of Holi also transcends all barriers of caste, creed and religion as people bury all differences and enjoy the color of festival.
A true picture this brotherhood and communal harmony was visible in our neighboring country Pakistan, where The National Students Federation of Pakistan, (NSF), an students organization that works beyond dirty politics and seeks rational student politics had organized an event for their Hindu brothers and sisters so that they celebrate Holi with Happiness and Joy.
According to reports the National Students Federation of Pakistan had organized a Human Shield to protect Hindu brothers and sister on March 5, 2015 at Pakistan`s business city Karachi. The event was held at Swami Narayan Temple located at Light House in Karachi. Both the Hindu and the Muslims celebrated the festival spreading the noble massage of communal harmony and brotherhood.
Saluting the humane side and true secularism of National Students Federation of Pakistan, Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar, was overwhelmed.
In his tweet Akshay tweeted, "What some Muslims are doing for Hindus in Pakistan on Holi is commendable." He added, "NSF taking this step is really a beacon of hope for brotherhood between India and Pakistan."
