According to unconfirmed reports, Mammootty who is currently enjoying the sweet success of 'Fireman' is planning to join another youngster soon. Yes, it is none other the director of 'Amen' -Lijo Jose Pellisserry.

Lijo' s offer with an adaption of O V Vijayan's "Khasakinte Ithihasam" has impressed Mammooty and hence the discussions are in progress. The project though yet to be finalised will be produced by Friday films.

Lijo Jose Pellisserry is currently busy with the post production works of his new multi star film ''Double Barrel 'aka Iratta Kuzhal' starring Prithviraj, Indrajith, Asif Ali, and Sunny Wayne in the lead roles.
