When Dileep and Kavya got divorced from their marriage life, much gossips were spread about the involvement of each other in the unexpected ending of their married lives. Much was heard about Kavya being the reason for Dileep and Manju warier getting separated. Both the stars also came in public to clear their part on the issue. But surprisingly Kavya Madhavan maintained a respectable silence in the issues, never commenting on the gossips. Kavya still maintains that the gossips doesn't affect her any more.

While maintaining that she is never a reason for Dileep -Manju separation, Kavya is ready to takeup another Dileep movie if right roles and similar offers comes her way. But after their 'Vellaripravite Chagathy' nothing promising has came towards her. Kavya is currently acting in the new movie by Saji Surendran titled 'She Taxi'
