Only some time ago news about Sanjay Gupta`s next venture Jazbaa` has set the excitement ringing in the tinsel town - since the film marks the return of Aishwarya Rai Bachchan on big screen. It was also reported that she will share the screen space with the ace acting head Irrfan Khan in this one.

Latest we hear that the film will also have veteran actress Shabana Azmi featuring in a prominent role. As said earlier, Aishwarya plays a lawyer in this action thriller, while Irrfan essays the role of a cop, who is under suspension period. Besides them, sources claim, that Azmi essays the role of a mother who fights these two characters for her own justice.

The shooting of Jazbaa` is expected to start in December and the filmmaker is keen that he wraps it up very quickly since he is aiming to premier the film at Cannes Film Festival next year.

Jazbaa` is a complete performance based film and Aishwarya will be seen seen doing some strenuous action-packed stunts for which she will soon undergo special training.
