Director Rishi who introduced actress Mythri Gowda from Soorya the Great` Kannada cinema has filed a case in the family court on his marriage with the actress.

With Karthik Gowda (Son of Union Railway minister DV Sadananda Gowda) case is under investigation and Karthik getting bail, Mythri has to run around two places. At one place in Karthik Gowda case she has to prove that she is married to him and in another place of Family Court she has to disprove that she is not married to director Rishi.

Rishi in his complaint says he was married to Mythri in 2004. I lived with her for four months. After that she ran away with Rs.2 lakhs belonging to me. I tried contacting her several times but it went in vain he says.

Rishi in his complaint further says Mythri original name is Shruthi Gowda. I was in love at the time of shooting of my first film Soorya The Great`. At Sanman Lodge in Seshadripuram married her on July 17, 2014. After four months she went missing.

At the 8th ACMM court a case of cheating and threat to life has been filed.
