Yes, Twitter world was in for a surprise when their favourite stars had different profile name. for instance - Shah Rukh Khan has changed his name to Charlie, Abhishek Bachchan has changed his name to Nandu, Sonu Sood to Jag, Boman Irani to Tammy and Vivaan Shah to Rohan.

Jr.Bachchan announced the change in his name in desi ishyle, by tweeting: "Apun ne apna nam change kar dala! #NanduBhide #HNY #HappyNewYear...

Besides this, recently the team had started an innovative promotional campaign by announcing that fans` tweets will get a chance to receive personalised autographed poster and the trailer with a special message from their favourite cast member on 14th August, on the micro-blogging site.

Earlier this year, Happy New Year` released the first look of the movie poster exclusively on Twitter to a huge response from the audience. It's motion poster soon followed and created much more excitement.

HNY is slated to release this Diwali, in three different languages – Hindi, Tamil and Telugu.
