Right from the beginning the movie holds audiences on tenterhooks, what makes the film so interesting is the storyline which has an instant connect with the viewers. Commenting on the response his movie is getting, an elated Shreyas Talpade said, "We are overwhelmed with the response we are getting for the film. Our focus was to make an original, honest and clean family entertainer that would connect with the masses and are glad that our efforts have been vindicated.
"What is very heartening to see is that the movie has been driven by content and the Marathi youth coming back to theatres, while not depending on a particular channel or newspaper to drive box office," added Shreyas.
